2. Track Your Shipment

- Enter your tracking number in the field provided.
- Click Track to see the most recent updates on your package’s status.
Optional: You can also enter your tracking number directly on the carriers website such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS for more detailed tracking information.
3. Understanding Tracking Status
Here is what different shipping updates mean:
- Label Created: We have processed your order and created a shipping label. Its awaiting pickup by the carrier.
- In Transit: Your item is currently moving through the shipping network.
- Out for Delivery: Its on the final leg expect it to arrive today.
- Delivered: Your package has reached its destination.
4. Experiencing a Problem?
If something does not look right or there is a delay, here’s how to handle it:
- No Tracking Updates for Over 5 Days: Reach out to us sometimes shipments get delayed.
- Damaged Items: Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Email clear photos of the damage to support@robustvestik.store.
- Wrong or Missing Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix the issue promptly.
